Chairman/CEC, Tashi Gyalson attended the establishment of the great gate to the first floor of the Guru Shrine/Lhakhang and Library on the campus of Lamstan Model Public School, Leh today.
The founder of the school, H.E Thupstan Choepel Rinpoche was present to witness the auspicious occasion.
